Boot and Clog Product InfoUpdated 6 hours ago

What Are They Made Of?

Our Merry People boots and clogs are made with a 100% waterproof, FSC-certified natural rubber compound for the uppers and outsoles. They also feature a metal stability shank, poly-cotton pull tabs, and a 4mm neoprene lining, making them fully waterproof.

The innersoles in our Tully, Andie, and Fergie boots are made from recycled PU, and we’re working to expand this sustainable feature across our entire range.

While a few additional materials are used to set the rubber and add colour (like bonding agents and pigment powder), we do not use any PFAs or "forever chemicals" in our manufacturing process.

Our boots are 100% cruelty-free, vegan-friendly, and made without any animal products or byproducts.

Latex Allergy?

As latex is a naturally occurring rubber protein originating from the rubber plant, we cannot guarantee the natural rubber we use will be latex-free. If you have a latex allergy, we don't recommend our Merry Boots.

If you have any other allergy concerns or would like more information on the production of our products, please reach out to our team at [email protected]

Where Are They Made?
To ensure Merry People products are long-lived wardrobe staples, we work with factories that are top producers of footwear to fabricate our boots.

Our factories are in China, and we have built a close relationship with them. Through their robust supplier network, we have been able to source high-quality natural rubber, neoprene, and vegan glue to craft our Merry People boots.

Our factories are considered the preeminent manufacturers for rubber boots, producing for many of the top brands, and we are honoured that they agreed to take us on, especially when we were a fledgling brand in 2014.

To this day, we work closely with them and our agents, communicating regularly to ensure employees are paid a living wage and have a safe and healthy work environment.
