Can I make changes or cancel my online order?Updated a year ago
Once an order begins processing at our warehouse no order changes or cancellations can be made. But we usually can edit or cancel the order if you contact us within 20 minutes of placing your order. If that's the case, please contact us immediately via email at [email protected]
If you need to redirect your package to another address, you will have the option to request a redirect on the tracking link. Please note the tracking link will be emailed to you once your package has been sent out.
Most orders (unless items are preordered) are shipped within 24 business hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure.
We do offer free 30-day returns so once they arrive you can start an exchange request here - You will need your order number and your email address, then follow the prompts. Once we get your order back we will process the exchange or refund.
Alternatively, you can purchase the ones you want and then send back the incorrect ones for a refund. This will get some boots on your feet a little quicker.
