Need to make a change or cancel your order?Once you place an order, it will be held for 30 minutes, giving you time to make changes if needed. Can you gift wrap my order or include a personalised note? Unfortunately, we can&#x2019;t offer gift wrapping or personalised notes, as our orders are packed and shipped from a third-party warehouse. Will the package give away the surprise? Nope! Our packaging is unbranded to keep your gift a surprise. The only mention of Merry People is in small print on the return address label.&#xA0; How do returns and exchanges work for gifts? If your recipient needs a different size or style, they can request an exchange&#xA0;<a data-start="650" data-end="695" rel="noopener" target="_new" href="https://merrypeople.returnscenter.com">here</a>. They&#x2019;ll need the order number, then select &#x2018;Returning a Gift?&#x2019; and follow the prompts. Once approved, they&#x2019;ll receive a prepaid return label via email.
