Can you gift wrap my order or include a personalised note?
Unfortunately, we can’t offer gift wrapping or personalised notes, as our orders are packed and shipped from a third-party warehouse.


Will the package give away the surprise?
Nope! Our packaging is unbranded to keep your gift a surprise. The only mention of Merry People is in small print on the return address label. No receipts or invoices are included in the box.


How do returns and exchanges work for gifts?
If your recipient needs a different size or style, they can request an exchange here.
They’ll need the order number, then select ‘Returning a Gift?’ and follow the prompts. Once approved, they’ll receive a prepaid return label via email. We’ll process the exchange once we receive the returned item.

Holiday policy: From November 1, we extend our return window to 90 days, giving gift recipients until January 31 to make a return or exchange.


Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! You can purchase a digital gift card here. It will be emailed to you immediately after purchase.
Please note:

  • You’ll receive a digital code via email (not a physical card)

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the purchase date

  • They can be used on the Merry People website only
