Need to make a change or cancel your order?
Once you place an order, it will be held for 30 minutes, giving you time to make changes if needed. You’ll find the option to edit your order on the checkout confirmation page right after your purchase is complete.
During this 30-minute window, you can:
Change the size or colour of your item
Update the shipping address
Add items to your order
However, you cannot:
Change the shipping service (e.g. from standard to express)
Cancel your order once it's placed through this function
To cancel your order or if you are experiencing any issues updating your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. Once your order starts processing at our warehouse, no further changes or cancellations can be made.
Most orders (unless marked as pre-orders) are shipped within 24 business hours. If your order has already shipped, we kindly ask that you wait for it to arrive and then follow our standard return process.
We offer free 30-day returns. Once your order arrives, you can start an exchange or return here. Just enter your order number and email, and follow the prompts. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund.
Alternatively, purchase the correct item now and return the original for a refund. That way, you'll have the right pair of Merry's on your feet sooner.
Need to change the delivery address?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. From there, you can request a redirect to a different address if needed.
