How can I do a gift exchange?Updated a year ago

If you have been gifted a Merry People product and you need to exchange it, you can start an exchange request here. You will need your order number and then select gift exchange, and then follow the prompts. Once our returns team approves your request, you will be emailed a prepaid return slip. Once we get your order back we will process the exchange.
