The stockists are independent of us, so while they are registered vendors of our product they aren't affiliated with us beyond stocking our product. This means that any purchase made from them is in accordance with their purchase conditions, and they have their own return and exchange policies which we have no influence over.
We are always here for any warranty issues, but for exchange or return for change of mind you will have to touch base with the retailer you purchased from and check in with them about their return policy.
