If you received a Merry People product as a gift and need to exchange it, you can start your exchange request here.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• The order number

• The purchaser’s email address or postcode
  
  

1. Select ‘Returning a Gift?’ and follow the prompts to choose your exchange items and enter your own contact and shipping details.

2. Once our returns team approves your request (1-2 business days), you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email.

3. We’ll process your exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.

Please note: We can only process exchanges for products bought directly through the Merry People website. Items purchased from independent retailers must be exchanged through the original retailer according to their own exchange/return policies.
