Submitting and Preparing Your Return or ExchangeUpdated 4 hours ago

We want you to love your purchase. If it's not the right fit or you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know. We offer exchanges or full refunds within 30 days of receiving the boots.

Australia or New Zealand returns are free. 


To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without sole wear or creases.
  • Return requests should be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note: we will extend the return period during the holiday season to 90 days (until the end of January).

If you are in a time crunch to receive your exchange size, we recommend you purchase the size you need and return the original pair for a refund rather than doing an exchange. 

For Rest of the World International returns, you'll cover the return costs, but we'll ship your exchange for free. (excluding any duties or taxes that might be associated with the import and delivery of your exchange order)

Preparing your return:

  • Ensure the shoe box is inside a satchel, carton or wrapped up
  • Please don’t send the shoe box back by itself (i.e. with postage stickers or writing on the box)
  • Put any white card inserts back inside the shoe openings, make sure the tissue paper is still inside the box and include the thank you / take care card inside the box
  • The product must be in its original and new condition

Shipping Instructions:

  1. Go through the returns portal here.
  2. Download and print the return label sent to your email. (only available to AU and NZ customers)
  3. Pack the item/s to be returned, including a printout or note with your order number or return reference number (RMA #) and attach the label on a mailer satchel or box. *Please do not affix postage label directly to the original Merry People box as this may delay your return being processed.
  4.  Take it to any Australia Post/ New Zealand Post location and send.
  5. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and when your exchange or refund is processed.

Please note: During busy periods, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. While we aim to send your exchange within the estimated timeframe, delays with couriers can occur and are outside our control. We work closely with them to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
